Returns & Refunds
All Sales FinalDue to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This policy protects the integrity, safety, and quality of our materials, as we cannot verify storage or handling conditions once products leave our facility.
Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete)
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Clear photos of the outer shipping box (all sides) and inner packaging
- Photo of the product vial with the label visible (batch/lot if present)
- A brief description of the issue and affected items/quantities
After review, we will—at our discretion—arrange a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Eligibility & Exclusions
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivered scan.
- Items reported lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier are not eligible for replacement.
- Standard carrier transit delays (weather, holiday volume, operational issues) are not covered.
How to File a Claim

- Attach the required photos and provide a concise description of the issue.
Tip: Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. Disposing of materials may limit our ability to assist.
Resolution First (Chargebacks)
We are committed to prompt, fair resolutions and genuinely want to make it right. Please contact us first for assistance. Filing a chargeback prior to working with our support team may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions that limit your ability to place future orders.
