Depending on the shipping method chosen, shipping can take 1-7 business days (international can take longer depending on the destination), not including weekends or holidays. Please note, offline orders do not begin processing until we receive notification from our bank of a completed payment.

Yes! COAs are located in two places on our site. The product page contains an image of the COA for the batch currently being sold. Also on the product page is a COA tab which contains direct links to the lab reports for the current batch as well as any previous batches for historical reference.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of our peptides, as we cannot guarantee proper storage or handling once products have left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or credit at our discretion.
We ship our products to the USA, Armed Forces APO/FPO and select international countries.
Please note: International shipping is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You will be contacted by the carrier before delivery is attempted to pay any necessary duties and taxes.
